Orbit Sort is playable on itch.

After months of working with concentric rings, I’m excited to share a playable demo here. You can try the mechanics directly in your browser, without needing to download anything to your phone.

The idea is simple: rotate rings to move colored orbs along shared junctions, matching each color to its socket. The challenge is that moving one ring changes the paths on the others. You need to plan a few moves to avoid undoing your progress.

What’s in the demo?

The itch version includes 15 levels. The early levels help you get started, while the later ones become more complex and overlapping, so you’ll probably use the Undo button. After finishing, you can replay to try and use fewer moves.

The full release is available on iOS and Android.

If you finish the demo and want more, you can find the complete game now on the App Store and Google Play.

The mobile version has over 1,000 levels. You’ll find new shapes like cloverleaf and Venn designs, as well as unique overlapping layouts that change how you move the orbs. I made the mobile game like the demo: no timers, just pure puzzles.

I’d love to know what you think of the demo. Did any levels stump you? Leave a comment below, and if you try the mobile version, please share your feedback!
